MENU BUILDER

The Wix Restaurant's Menu Builder allows users to design and print their menus direct from their dashboard. The Menu Builder was a product built with both the Restaurant team and the App Market team at Wix. Also known as 'printable menus', this product is accessible from within the Menu section of a users dashboard and automatically pulls information from their online menu.

This was a highly requested feature as now users can personalize their menu for their restaurants in an easy and fast way. In addition, they can add a QR code to their printable menu that will appear for customers to access for Contactless Dine-in.

This was a great product to work on as it gave me the opportunity to work with a new team and also tap into my creativity - naming templates, creating dummy menu text, helping with the design and more. When it came to design, we also integreated this product with the Logo Builder so users can create their restaurant logo without having to leave the Menu Builder

Another big aspect of this product was working with the accessibility team on this product to make sure it was accessibility friendly.
