LOYALTY
There were a lot of requests from users to provide their customers with a loyalty option when placing orders. We listened, and the Loyalty product was created. This product was created alongside a dedicated team focusing specifically on the Loyalty onboarding product, however I came in to help on the restaurant side.
Users have the option to name their loyalty program as well as what they wish to call 'points' aka rewards. The user will choose their loyalty plan name in the initial onboarding stage and then can add it as an option to their restaurant. The user can decide how many 'points' equals how much off. Once set up by the user, when a customer goes to checkout they will see the option to earn rewards by signing in. They will be shown how many 'points' they can get from the specific order and moving forward can then choose to use them. Every order made, they will be updated on the amount of points used and that they have left throughout the checkout flow.
