GUILD KNOWLEDGE BASE

The Guild Knowledge Base was created for all the writers at Wix as the go-to, one stop shop for all the information they needed. The site was split into sections including teams, onboarding and training, tools, external resources and basic Guild information such as upcoming and past events, social links and more.

When writing this, I made sure everything was written clearly and in a detailed and informative way. All articles needed to be easy to follow and understand. Having spoken with all the writers after publishing the site, the feedback was amazing and it's still being used today.
