CONTACTLESS DINE-IN

Contactless Dine-in is a product that was created due to the ongoing situation of Covid 19. In restaurants around the world, customers are wanting a new and sanitary way to place orders. Contactless Dine-in (or Dine-in on the user of user side) allows customers to scan a QR code from their mobile and view the restaurant menu to place their order.

 

Every little detail was thought out here and a lot of research was conducted. I happened to be in Australia at the time we started this project and almost every restaurant or cafe I went to used a form of Contactless Dine-in. This was great for me to see and use, as it gave me a real glimpse into the customer experience. That experience helped tremendously when writing the text for Dine-in.

Below you can see the text created both on the user side and the user of user side for this product. We made sure to include all different restaurant types by giving users the option to add their own input label e.g., booth, table, bar.
